To be included on the next meeting’s agenda, both members and non-members of the CNA can submit requests using this form. Requests must be received five (5) business days ahead of the scheduled meeting. Please include the subject you want to discuss and the approximate amount of speaking time for your request. Requests may also be sent directly to the Board via email (board@cnadallas.org).
